Account & Security
Open Settings from your account menu. You can manage your profile details there at any time.
BuildLockr uses Clerk for account authentication. If you are signed out, protected dashboard pages prompt you to sign in before continuing.
Builds & Garage
No. Use it as a project car tracker for restomods, drift builds, overland builds, turbo builds, and custom car builds—or keep a daily driver with a simple vehicle maintenance log. Whether you treat it as an overland build app or a street project build car log, document car modifications, wheel offset, wheel fitment notes, and suspension setup as you go.
Use Create Build in the dashboard sidebar or open /dashboard/garage/create to start a new project car build draft.
Yes. Open your build from the garage and use the editor to update details, parts, and progress, then save your changes.
Deleting a build is a permanent action that removes it from the database entirely. This action is not reversible, so please ensure you no longer need the build data before confirming deletion.
Not in this release. Public garage controls will return in a later version, so this dashboard update focuses on core build and sharing workflows.
Shared Builds
Open a build and use the share flow to invite recipients by email. Shared users can open the tracker from Shared Builds in their dashboard.
Open /dashboard/shared to see builds shared with you and your favorites, then select a build to open its tracker.
Yes. The app creates a notification when sharing succeeds, and recipients can open the build from the notification route.
Maintenance & Notifications
Use the Maintenance Calendar as your vehicle maintenance tracker: add oil changes, filters, brakes, and other jobs with due dates, mileage, and completion status. It works as a car maintenance log and maintenance reminder app tied to your garage.
Yes. Log completed service as history and set upcoming items on your car maintenance schedule. Many users treat it as an automotive maintenance log and car service checklist in one place alongside their builds.
Track reminders for garage vehicles and builds—including due dates, mileage, priority, and completion status—for routine vehicle maintenance and project cars.
Open /dashboard/notifications to review your latest in-app notifications, including share and activity updates.
Membership & Billing
Memberships are managed through Clerk Billing with Stripe processing. Open Settings → Membership & billing to view plan options and billing controls. Listed plan prices are in USD before tax; applicable taxes may be added at checkout where required.
Billing UI can be disabled by environment configuration. If pricing controls are hidden, contact support for account-specific help.
Support & Product
Use the Contact page in the dashboard support section to submit a ticket. You can use My Tickets to track all support and bug-report replies.
Open /dashboard/feature-requests to submit and track product feature requests.
